Our Story

We started the Grievous Bodily Harm Podcast with a simple idea: to create a podcast that would tell important stories. The stories of victims, their families and, hopefully,  justice. We lived everyday in prison housing (seriously), surrounded by crime and punishment. This fact, and our mother daughter bond, help us give a unique perspective on cases that you won’t find anywhere else. All this and we have Scottish accents too!

My fascination with this topic stems from a need to understand why people do what they do and how to prevent tragedies from happening again.

When not researching or hosting, I’m hanging with my husband, daughter and two dogs.

I’m a talker, seriously, I love to talk and that’s what I will bring to the show, that and my sense of humor. My inputs on hearing information for the first time will be real and I will be asking questions many of you may also have. I really want to hear the family stories and learn what happened on the run up to these events.
